Terms and Conditions
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment.
- A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment(s) not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Some treatments require a patch test 24hrs before. You will be advised at the time of booking.
- To aid in relaxation of the salon and your treatment we request no use of mobile phones (except in emergencies).
- Minimum age for treatments - 16yrs.
- Personal details are taken during consultations to ensure your treatments are individually specialised. This information is never shared and will be treated in the strictest confidence.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% & are subject to change without prior notice. All forms of payment are accepted.
- Gift vouchers and retail products are also available.
